EPIC Trails Designated - On October 11, 2012, at the International Mountain Bicycle Association's annual World Summit in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the Collier Ridge, West Bandy, Duncan Hollow, Grand Gap Loop, and John Muir Trail were designated as Epics. Joe Cross was there to accept the award.
